EFQM Assessor Training (EAT) Course
This is the only official EFQM Assessor Training course. This 3-day diploma course has been updated with the 2010 revisions to the EFQM Excellence Model. Delegates must complete the full case study and the delegate to trainer ratio (6:1) ensures that everyone receives individual feedback and coaching. EAT is also the minimum requirement for UK Excellence Award Assessors.

Leader for Excellence
This 2-day course equips delegates to lead and manage improvement projects.

Master Assessor Training
This 3-day course has been designed for experienced Assessors who wish to lead teams or extend their competencies. The course is highly practical. It involves some role playing and exercises and includes topics such as handling difficult situations and complaints, posing the right questions during a site visit interview, and team management.
