EFQM Assessor Training (EAT) Course
The EFQM Assessor Training (EAT) has now been updated with the revisions to the 2010 EFQM Excellence Model, and the new course is now available.

Overall the changes are designed to make the use of the Model more relevant and helpful to organisations as they face the challenges and opportunities of today and the future.

The course also has the benefit of a brand new case study – Adoika Group – and successful delegates will be featured on a new listing on the BQF website: National Accredited Excellence Model Assessor 2010.

Self-Assessment and Continuous Improvement
This course is designed for those who will be involved in, or leading a Self-Assessment. The course includes training in Assessor skills, and in the use of the output of Self-Assessment to drive improvement.
