EFQM Assessor Training (EAT) Course Aim The EFQM Assessor Training (EAT) has now been updated with the revisions to the 2010 EFQM Excellence Model, and the new course is now available. Overall the changes are designed to make the use of the Model more relevant and helpful to organisations as they face the challenges and opportunities of today and the future. The course also has the benefit of a brand new case study – Adoika Group – and successful delegates will be featured on a new listing on the BQF website: National Accredited Excellence Model Assessor 2010. More Detail The three day diploma course includes a full set of Assessor competencies and has a systematic and documented set of procedures for assessing delegates and arriving at consistent conclusions. Delegates will be required to complete a full case study that will take 25-35 hours. The delegate to trainer ratio (6:1) is designed to ensure that each delegate gets individual feedback and coaching during the course. There are three possible outcomes for each delegate – Pass, Further development needed or Fail. |

The course includes
The material has been designed by EFQM and the training will be provided by experienced EFQM Trainers. Delegates will receive a 'pass' if they can achieve pre-determined levels of assessor competencies. They will also receive a diploma certificate and will be entitled to include the words "2010 Accredited Excellence Assessor" on CV's and publicity material. This training is the minimum requirement for new 2010 UK Excellence Award assessors. |
