The course includes
To enable delegates to plan and progress an approach to Lean Implementation
  • Lean Six Sigma, the essentials and the benefits.
  • Developing management commitment to Lean Six Sigma.
  • Developing a structured and focussed approach to Lean Six Sigma, ensuring early benefits and momentum.
  • Identifying perfection, the concept of “value add” and the value stream.
  • Key tools and techniques for developing Lean Six Sigma processes (e.g. the Seven Wastes, “pull” and “push” mechanisms, visual management).
  • Maintaining progress with Lean Six Sigma implementation.
